Success Education Colleges (SEC) seeks an adjunct RN OBGYN Theory Instructor to deliver classroom instruction in obstetric and gynecological nursing for the ADN program at the Glendale, CA campus. The instructor provides theory, critical thinking, and clinical judgment development for women and families across pregnancy and postpartum periods.

Preferred candidates hold an MSN and an active California RN license with obstetric nursing experience and teaching ability.

Qualificações

• Ability to deliver evidence-based instruction in obstetric and gynecological nursing
• Develop and align course content with approved curriculum and outcomes
• Assess and provide feedback on student learning in ADN program
• Maintain professional standards and confidentiality per regulations

Responsabilidades

• Deliver engaging obstetric nursing theory instruction for ADN program
• Develop and implement lesson plans, assessments, and learning activities
• Evaluate student performance and provide timely feedback
• Maintain accurate attendance, grades, and student progress records
• Collaborate with Nursing Dean and faculty to align curriculum and outcomes
