Responsibilities

• Teach nursing courses in classroom, clinical, lab, simulation, hybrid, or online settings.
• Plan, revise syllabi, activities, materials, assignments, exams, and resources.
• Use evidence-based teaching strategies to promote engagement and safe nursing practice.
• Supervise and evaluate students in clinical and simulation environments and ensure readiness for practice.
• Design and facilitate simulation experiences with prebriefing/debriefing.
• Maintain clinical competence and comply with regulatory standards.
