Success Education Colleges is seeking an Adjunct Clinical Instructor – OB/GYN in West Covina, CA. This part-time position involves supervising nursing students, guiding obstetric and neonatal care, and evaluating performance during clinical rotations.

The role requires a Master's in Nursing (MSN preferred; BSN may be accepted), an active RN license in the state, and at least 3 years of OB/GYN or maternal-newborn nursing experience. Teaching experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• MSN preferred; BSN may be accepted based on program/regulatory requirements.
• Current RN license in the applicable state.
• 3+ years of OB/GYN or maternal-newborn nursing experience in the last five years.
• Teaching or precepting experience preferred, but not required.
• Clinical competency in OB/GYN and maternal-newborn nursing.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and instruct nursing students during OB/GYN clinical rotations.
• Guide students in providing safe, competent, patient-centered care to obstetric and neonatal patients.
• Evaluate student clinical performance through direct observation and documentation; provide feedback.
• Complete midterm and final clinical evaluations per program guidelines and maintain records.
• Coordinate with clinical site staff and communicate learning objectives to students.
• Serve as a mentor and role model promoting ethical care and professional development.
