The ideal candidate has BSN, 2+ years clinical experience, and at least 1 year of supervisory experience in an ambulatory setting, with active MI RN licensure and BLS/ACLS certifications. Full-time daytime schedule at Zeeland site.

Qualifications

• 2 years of relevant clinical experience required.
• 1 year of supervisory or management experience preferred.
• MI Registered Nurse (RN) required.
• AHA Basic Life Support (BLS) required within 90 days.
• AHA Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) required within 180 days.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical leadership for a large, multi-site OB/GYN practice and mentor clinical staff.
• Coordinate daily staffing and workflow; ensure regulatory compliance and clinical competencies.
• Lead implementation of new clinical processes and best practices.
• Collaborate with Practice Manager to improve patient experience and care quality.
