Job summary

Hennepin Healthcare in Minneapolis is seeking a registered nurse for the OB/GYN Clinic on a 0.6 FTE basis (48 hours per pay period). This in-person role offers day shifts, Monday–Friday, with 8-hour shifts.

Under supervision, the RN coordinates nursing care, triages patients, educates families, and ensures continuity of care within the Relationship-Based Care model. Minnesota RN license required; OB/Gyn/L&D experience preferred. BSN encouraged.

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited school of nursing.
• Valid RN license issued by Minnesota.

Responsibilities

• Protects, promotes wellness and optimizes health.
• Triages patients by assessing severity and referral needs.
• Alleviates suffering through appropriate treatment.
• Partners with patient and family in care planning.
• Documents interventions and develops an individualized plan.
• Educates patient on disease process and preventative care.
• Ensures continuity of care across settings.
