Job summary

Holy Name Medical Center in Teaneck, NJ is seeking an OBGYN Nursing Services Navigator to support multiple practices across the network. This full-time role coordinates patient calls and clinical messages to ensure timely, safe and patient-centered care.

The ideal candidate is an experienced OB/GYN nurse with triage expertise, strong clinical judgment, and excellent communication, capable of coordinating care across locations while maintaining high standards for patient safety and service.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing.
• NJ RN licensure required; compact state licensure acceptable.
• Minimum five years of OB/GYN nursing experience.

Responsibilities

• Oversees OB/GYN patient call and clinical message workflows across multiple practices and locations.
• Performs nursing triage via telephone and electronic messaging.
• Recognizes and escalates urgent or complex concerns to providers.
• Coordinates patient care and follow-up with providers and administrative teams.
