A Brief Overview
The OBGYN Nursing Services Navigator will be supporting multiple practices and locations across the OBGYN network. This role is responsible for coordinating, prioritizing, and supervising patient calls and clinical messages to ensure timely, consistent, safe, and patient‑centered care. Working collaboratively with OB/GYN providers, practice leadership, medical assistants, and administrative teams, this role will serve as a clinical resource for complex patient concerns and help to establish standardized triage processes across the network. The ideal candidate is an experienced OB/GYN nurse with triage experience, strong clinical judgment, excellent communication skills, and the ability to coordinate care across multiple locations while maintaining high standards for patient safety and service.
