Trinity Health IHA Medical Group in Michigan is seeking a compassionate Medical Assistant to support providers and deliver exceptional patient care. In this role, you’ll work directly with patients, assist with clinical procedures, support care coordination, and help create a positive healthcare experience every day.

Formación

• High School Diploma or GED and completion of an MA program with externship/internship, EMT, paramedic, or athletic trainer pathway.
• MA credentialing such as CMA/RMA/NCMA/CCMA/NRCMA/CMAC is preferred or eligible.

Responsabilidades

• Welcome and prepare patients for appointments.
• Collect and document patient histories, vital signs, and health information.
• Assist providers with exams, procedures, testing, and specimen collection.
• Administer medications and perform diagnostic testing as directed.
• Communicate test results and instructions to patients.
• Provide patient and family education to support health outcomes.
• Coordinate care and act as liaison between patients and providers.
• Support quality improvement initiatives and disease management programs.
