Job summary

HonorHealth is seeking a Medical Assistant to support both front and back office operations in the OB/GYN Gilbert clinic. You will escort patients, maintain records, schedule visits, and handle phone duties with care to ensure smooth patient flow.

The role requires completion of an MA training program and a high school diploma or GED, plus BLS certification and a fingerprint clearance card. A reimbursement for MA certs is offered and the sign-on bonus is provided.

Qualifications

• Completion of a MA training program.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• BLS certification required.
• Fingerprint Clearance Card required.
• Medical Assistant Certification preferred (CMA/CCMA/RMA) with reimbursement.

Responsibilities

• Prepares examination rooms and escorts patients to exam rooms.
• Maintains medical records and schedules appointments; performs clerical duties.
• Provides quality phone service and routes calls appropriately.
• Travels to off-site locations for diagnostic testing and exams as needed.
• Assists physician/clinician during exams and procedures; performs related duties.
