Qualifications

• Familiar with OB-GYN clinical workflows and women’s health preferred.
• Familiarity with EHR systems for documentation; ICD coding is a plus.
• Proficiency with medication administration protocols and clinical safety procedures.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients, verify info, and assist with check-in using EHR systems.
• Prepare exam rooms and stock supplies for patient care.
• Room patients and collect vital signs, medical history, medications, allergies, and chief complaints.
• Assist providers during OB-GYN exams and procedures.
• Perform CLIA-waived tests per protocol.
• Collect and label specimens for lab processing and courier.
• Administer injections and medications as ordered.
• Provide patient education related to procedures and prenatal care.
