Responsibilities

• Patient care and clinical support across OB/GYN settings.
• Greet and escort patients to exam rooms.
• Take vitals, record histories, and prep for exams.
• Assist with procedures (e.g., LEEP, colposcopies, IUD insertions).
• Administer medications and injections as directed.
• Collect lab specimens and prepare for testing.
• Sterilize equipment and maintain clean exam rooms.
• Support physicians during exams and procedures.
• Schedule appointments and coordinate follow-ups.
• Maintain EMR accuracy (Epic experience preferred).
• Help manage insurance forms, billing, and authorizations.
• Communicate lab results and care instructions to patients.
• Order and stock medical and office supplies.
