• Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license issued by the state where you practice.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) for Healthcare Providers certification within 45 days unless exempt.
• Completion of an accredited Practical Nursing program.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and room patients for exams, document vital signs and health information.
• Perform laboratory procedures using aseptic technique and infection control guidelines.
• Assist physicians with procedures and surgeries (e.g., pelvic exams, testing).
• Administer medications under orders, including injections and IV therapy within scope.
• Educate patients on tasks, treatments, and follow-up care as directed by clinicians.
• Maintain accurate patient information and communicate with the care team.
