Base pay ranges from $24.10 to $36.15 per hour, with comprehensive benefits and eligibility for Total Rewards. Training and vaccination completion within 45 days may be required.

Qualifications

• Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) licensed in the practicing state.
• BLS for Healthcare Providers certification or obtain within 45 days.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and room patients, obtain vital signs, document health information.
• Perform laboratory procedures (e.g., throat/nose culture, specimen collection) per infection control.
• Assist physicians with procedures and surgeries (e.g., pelvic exams, colposcopy).
• Administer medications under physician orders; manage IV therapy within scope.
• Provide patient education and coordinate follow-up care and referrals.
• Communicate with care team and document patient status accurately.
• Perform advanced clinical tasks under supervision (e.g., sutures, catheterization, EKG).
• Maintain exam rooms and equipment; ensure sterility and cleanliness.
• Participate in care management and quality improvement initiatives.
