Residency graduates in 2027 or 2028 are encouraged to apply, with starting salary around $300,000+ plus productivity incentives and a share of partnership potential, in a physician-led, supportive team setting.

Qualifications

• MD or DO degree from an accredited medical school.
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Obstetrics and Gynecology.
• Eligible for Tennessee medical licensure.
• Excellent clinical and interpersonal skills.
• Residents completing OB/GYN training in 2027 or 2028 are encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive obstetric and gynecologic care.
• Manage both routine and complex women’s health conditions.
• Deliver prenatal, postpartum, and preventive gynecologic care.
• Perform obstetric and gynecologic procedures within your scope of practice.
• Participate in a shared call rotation.
• Collaborate with fellow physicians and clinical staff.
• Build lasting patient relationships while maintaining high standards of care.
