Job summary

ProMedica Arrowhead Medical Center is seeking a Patient Service Coordinator for the Obstetrics Gynecology department. The role involves greeting and registering patients, answering calls, scheduling appointments, and maintaining the provider's calendar.

You will assist clinical staff with outreach and communication as needed. The position is a full-time, days-shift role based in the United States, with standard 40 hours per week.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; 1 year experience in customer service or clerical setting.
• Preferred: associate degree and familiarity with medical terminology, billing, and referrals.
• Experience with EPIC EMS preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet and register patients and answer phone calls.
• Schedule and reschedule appointments and maintain provider schedules.
• Assist clinical staff with outgoing calls to patients, pharmacies, or other providers.
• Support a positive, inviting front-desk experience.
