St. Luke's University Health Network is seeking an accomplished physician leader to serve as Chair of the Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology.

The Chair will provide strategic vision, leadership, and accountability across the OB/GYN service line, focusing on clinical excellence, quality, growth, education, and research. The role involves overseeing Obstetrics, Gynecology, Maternal-Fetal Medicine, and related women's health programs with an emphasis on collaboration across campuses and

Qualifications

• MD or DO degree from an accredited medical school.
• Board certification in Obstetrics and Gynecology corresponding subspecialty as applicable.
• Experience in an administrative clinical leadership-level position and strong clinical background.

Responsibilities

• Set strategic direction for clinical quality, patient safety, outcomes, and performance improvement across the OB/GYN service line.
• Provide strategic and clinical oversight across obstetrics, gynecology, maternal-fetal medicine, and related women's health programs.
• Partner with service line leaders to champion regional growth and program development strategies.
• Foster collaboration across campuses, divisions, and physician groups.
