St. Luke’s University Health Network, a nationally recognized health system, seeks an accomplished physician leader to serve as Chair of the Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology.

The Chair will guide clinical excellence, education, research, and physician engagement across OB/GYN services, with a focus on growth and strategic oversight. Highlights include a large, multi-campus department, robust maternity services, and a strong research environment.

Qualifikationen

• MD or DO degree from an accredited medical school and completion of residency in obstetrics and gynecology.
• Board certification in Obstetrics and Gynecology and any applicable subspecialty.
• Experience in administrative clinical leadership at a departmental level.

Aufgaben

• Set strategic direction for clinical quality, patient safety, and outcomes across OB/GYN.
• Provide oversight across Obstetrics, Gynecology, MFM, urogynecology and related programs.
• Partner with leaders to drive regional growth, access, and program development.
• Foster collaboration across campuses, divisions and physician groups.
• Support graduate medical education and OB/GYN residency growth.
• Lead development of new programs such as OB Hospitalist and Gynecology initiatives.
