St. Luke's University Health Network seeks an accomplished physician leader to chair the Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology.

The Chair will provide strategic vision and accountability across the OB/GYN service line, focusing on clinical excellence, quality, growth, education, and research. The role collaborates with service line leadership and across multiple campuses to grow access, strengthen capabilities, and advance market position.

Formación

• MD/DO degree from an accredited medical school.
• Completion of ACGME accredited residency in obstetrics and gynecology and applicable sub-specialty.
• Board certification in Obstetrics and Gynecology corresponding sub-specialty.

Responsabilidades

• Set strategic direction for clinical quality, patient safety, outcomes, and performance improvement across the OB/GYN service line.
• Provide strategic and clinical oversight across Obstetrics, Gynecology, Maternal-Fetal Medicine and related programs.
• Partner with service line leaders to drive regional growth and program development.
• Foster collaboration across campuses, divisions, and physician groups.
• Support graduate medical education and research, including OB residency growth and potential fellowships.
• Lead development of new programs such as OB Hospitalist and Gynecology divisions.
• Develop physician leaders and strengthen departmental engagement and culture.

Educación
