Atlanta Women’s Healthcare Specialists is seeking a Certified Medical Assistant to support both clinical and administrative tasks in a busy OB/GYN practice. You will greet patients, take vitals, prep for exams, assist with procedures, administer medications, and help manage lab work and records.

Ideal candidates have OB/GYN experience, strong clinical knowledge, Epic experience, and excellent communication and organizational skills.

Qualifikationen

• OB/GYN knowledge and patient care skills are essential.
• Experience with Epic EMR system strongly preferred.
• Strong communication and organizational abilities are required.
• Commitment to confidentiality and professionalism in patient care.

Aufgaben

• Greet and escort patients to exam rooms.
• Take vitals, record medical histories, and prep patients for exams.
• Assist with procedures such as LEEP, colposcopies, and IUD insertions.
• Administer medications and perform injections as directed.
• Collect lab specimens and prepare for testing.
• Sterilize equipment and maintain clean exam rooms.
• Support physicians during exams and procedures.
• Schedule appointments and coordinate follow-ups.
