Job summary

Women's Care in Brandon, FL is hiring a nursing/clinical support professional to assist clinicians during exams and procedures. The role includes medication administration, patient care, and supporting staff across our OB/GYN services.

Ideal candidates have RN/LPN or CMA credentials with 1–2 years in an OB/GYN setting, solid medical terminology knowledge, and experience with EMR systems. Commitment to HIPAA and patient safety is essential.

Qualifications

• RN or LPN with 1 year minimum experience or CMA with 2 years in an OBGYN setting.
• General knowledge of medical terminology.
• Experience with electronic medical records (eCW a plus).
• Ability to motivate, coach, and develop others.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Deadline-driven, detail-oriented, able to multi-task in a high-volume setting.

Responsibilities

• Performs general nursing/clinical support care and administers prescribed medications.
• Aids providers during examinations, procedures, and treatments.
• Leads clinical staff at assigned locations and addresses clinical issues.
• Trains staff on Techniques, protocols and workflows.
• Ensures compliance with HIPAA and organizational guidelines.
