Job summary

Women’s Care in Brandon, FL, seeks a Clinical Lead to support daily operations and oversee clinical staff in a busy OB-GYN setting. You will administer medications, assist providers, and lead staff training while ensuring compliance with all policies and regulations.

Ideal candidates have 1 year RN/LPN or 2 years CMA experience in OB-GYN, strong communication, and organizational skills. Opportunities include development of leadership and patient care excellence in a growing network.

Qualifications

• RN or LPN with minimum 1 year experience OR CMA with minimum 2 years experience in an OBGYN setting
• General knowledge of medical terminology
• Experience with electronic medical records (eCW a plus)
• Ability to motivate, coach, and develop others
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Deadline-driven and detail-oriented
• Ability to multi-task in a high-volume environment
• High ethical standards and integrity
• Dependable, reliable and punctual

Responsibilities

• Assist in overseeing clinical staff and daily operations at assigned locations
• Perform general nursing/clinical support care and administer medications
• Aid providers during examinations and procedures
• Lead training for clinical staff on techniques, protocols, and workflows
• Ensure compliance with policies, guidelines, and state/federal regulations
• Maintain logs, incident reports, and documentation in the EMR
• Assist with equipment maintenance and sterilization of areas and instruments
• Communicate important information to staff and support leadership
