You will provide and coordinate patient care, respond to incoming calls and MyChart messages, educate patients, and support regulatory and operational needs while collaborating with the care team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's/Associate/Diploma in Nursing from an accredited school.
• Current MD Registered Nurse license is required.
• Current CPR certification is required.
• Minimum one year experience is required.
• OB/GYN outpatient clinic experience is highly preferred.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is highly preferred.
• Excellent communication and listening skills.
• Strong clinical assessment skills.
• Team player qualities required.

Responsibilities

• Provide and coordinate care to patients.
• Use the nursing process to assess and plan care.
• Respond to incoming patient calls and MyChart messages requiring triage.
• Educate patients on acute and chronic conditions.
• Support regulatory and operational issues for the practice.
• Guide and advise interdisciplinary team members to promote positive outcomes; collaborate with quality and case management.
