Job description

Collaborate with health care providers to establish standards of care for the specialty practices. Supervise medical assistants administratively and clinical nurses directly and may have oversight of the PSC's.

Specific Duties & Responsibilities

Minimum Qualifications

• Individual must be a registered nurse, licensed in the State of Maryland or state where practicing.
• Bachelor's Degree in Nursing or related field required.
• Master's Degree in Nursing or business administration preferred.
• Minimum of three years clinical nursing experience.
• Related master's degree may be considered in lieu of some experience. Prior supervisory experience may substitute for up to two years of required nursing experience.
• Additional education may substitute for required experience, and additional related experience may substitute for required education beyond a high school diploma/graduation equivalent, to the extent permitted by the JHU equivalency formula.

Starting Salary Range: $89,585 - $156,725 Annually ($123,100 targeted; Commensurate w/exp.)
