Job summary

Johns Hopkins Community Physicians in Downtown Bethesda seeks a Nurse Manager to help run daily clinic operations for Internal Medicine and Endocrine services. You will supervise clinical staff, manage triage calls, and oversee vaccines, while driving service excellence and process improvements.

The ideal candidate has an MSN (or is pursuing one), at least 7 years of clinical nursing experience with leadership, and an active Maryland RN license and CPR certification.

Qualifications

• Master of Nursing (MSN) required.
• BSN will be considered; must matriculate into MSN within 1 year and complete within 3 years.
• Minimum of 7 years of experience in clinical nursing; ambulatory/clinic nursing preferred; clinical leadership experience strongly preferred.
• Current Maryland RN license required.
• Current CPR certification required.

Responsibilities

• Supervising clinical staff including registered nurses and medical assistants.
• Managing triage and hospital follow-up calls.
• Rooming patients and overseeing vaccines.
• Other nursing responsibilities; focus on customer service and continuous improvement of clinical operations.
