Yale New Haven Health System is seeking a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our clinical teams across affiliated hospitals. The role emphasizes autonomous, patient-centered care, documentation, and collaboration with physicians and staff in a large health system.

Applicants should hold an accredited NP or PA program graduate status with a Master’s degree or higher. CT licensure and board certification are required, with opportunities for professional development and relocation

Formación

• Graduate of an accredited NP or PA program.
• Master's degree or higher required.
• Prior clinical experience as NP/PA preferred but not required.
• APRNs, PAs, CRNAs, CNMs must be appointed to the Affiliated Medical Staff and credentialed.

Responsabilidades

• Provide autonomous, team-based care for designated patient populations.
• Document encounters and treatment plans in the EMR.
• Ensure compliance with hospital, accrediting, and regulatory requirements.
• Mentor NP/PA students and healthcare learners.
• Support research, quality improvement, and patient safety initiatives.
