Formación

• Graduate from an accredited Nurse Practitioner or an accredited Physician Assistant Program.

Responsabilidades

• Provide assessment, triage, and therapeutic management as part of an interdisciplinary team.
• Educate patients/families on care and available resources in collaboration with supervising physicians.
• Ensure proper documentation in line with hospital and regulatory requirements.
• Maintain professional standards and compliance with healthcare regulations and quality initiatives.
• Mentor and support new house staff; participate in research, quality assurance and performance improvement.
