Required Qualifications

• Associate's Degree in Nursing

Preferred Qualifications

• 4 years of Labor & Delivery experience


• 2 years of leadership experience in healthcare


• Previous leadership experience within Labor & Delivery, obstetrics, maternal health, or a related clinical environment


• Strong clinical judgment, communication, and team leadership skills

Compensation

$101,000 - $137,000 annually
