Huckeye Health Services LLC seeks an experienced Obstetrics (OB) Director, RN, to provide leadership and clinical oversight for Labor and Delivery services. The ideal candidate will lead a team of nurses in delivering safe, compassionate maternal and newborn care.

Responsibilities include clinical leadership, ensuring high-quality patient care, and collaborating with physicians and multidisciplinary staff to coordinate care in a busy labor and delivery unit.

Qualifications

• ADN required with active Michigan RN license.
• Labor and Delivery nursing experience required.
• BSN preferred.
• Four years of Labor and Delivery experience preferred.
• Two years of healthcare leadership experience preferred.
• AWHONN-EFM certification.
• AWHONN-POEP certification.
• STABLE Program certification.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in labor and delivery nursing, a commitment to quality patient care, and the ability to support and lead a healthcare team in providing safe, compassionate maternal and newborn care.

Support the delivery of safe, high-quality patient care for mothers and newborns.

Promote compliance with clinical policies, procedures, and applicable healthcare standards.

Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and interdisciplinary teams to coordinate patient care.

Required Qualifications (Must-Haves)

Associate's Degree in Nursing (ADN).

Active Michigan Registered Nurse (RN) license.

Previous Labor and Delivery nursing experience.

Preferred Qualifications (Nice-to-Haves)

Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (BSN).

Four years of Labor and Delivery experience preferred.

Two years of healthcare leadership experience preferred.

AWHONN Electronic Fetal Monitoring (AWHONN-EFM).

AWHONN Perinatal Orientation and Education Program (AWHONN-POEP).

STABLE Program certification.
