Unitek Learning seeks an OB BSN Nursing Instructor to join our Workforce Solutions partnership in Fresno. The instructor will deliver clinical site education to students, manage clinical rotations, and evaluate student performance per program policies.
Requirements include CA BRN license, relevant nursing education credentials, and at least four years of RN experience with recent clinical practice. The role offers hourly pay and full-time commitment.
Qualifications
- Licensed as a Registered Nurse in California (unencumbered).
- CA BRN approval as Instructor for Medical-Surgical, OB, Pediatrics, Mental Health, Community Health, or Geriatrics preferred.
- Master’s degree in nursing, education, or administration, with subject matter preparation, or equivalent.
- BSN with active enrollment in a Master’s program may be considered for a Clinical Teaching Assistant role.
- Minimum four years of direct patient care nursing experience, with at least one year in the last five years.
Responsibilities
- Provide clinical site education to students in the Workforce Solutions program.
- Supervise student clinical experience in assigned facilities.
- Evaluate student performance against learning outcomes.
- Maintain accurate attendance and skill check-off records.
- Provide timely feedback on clinical performance and events.
- Assist in program outcome data collection and reporting.
