CA BRN license is required, with 4+ years RN care and teaching experience preferred. Salary ranges from $115k to $125k annually, plus benefits and career development.

Qualifications

• CA BRN license required.
• Eligible for CA BRN Instructor approval in multiple nursing areas.
• Minimum four years RN direct patient care; one year in last five years.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical site, skills lab and simulation education.
• Plan and supervise student clinical experience with current curriculum.
• Evaluate student performance against learning outcomes.
• Give timely feedback after observations and assessments.
• Maintain and input accurate student records and attendance.
• Ensure assignments meet student and facility needs; adapt as needed.
• Promote use of online tools to enhance course content and learning.
• Attend faculty meetings and participate in program activities.
