Sarasota Memorial Health Care System seeks a Patient Access professional for the Delivery Room to coordinate pre-arrival and arrival for obstetrical patients, including inductions, procedures, OBECC visits, and testing. The role acts as the main liaison among nursing, security, registration and patients to ensure smooth access and movement.

Position is full-time night shift, 36 hours per week, with 12-hour shifts from 6pm to 6:30am, requiring strong communication and organizational skills in a

Competenze

• Basic working knowledge of commonly used computer applications.
• HS EQ: High School Diploma, GED or Certificate.
• Experience in healthcare scheduling, patient access, or customer service preferred.

Mansioni

• Coordinates and manages the pre-arrival and arrival of obstetrical patients for inductions, procedures, OBECC visits, and testing.
• Serves as liaison between nursing staff, security, registration and patient to ensure accurate, timely and efficient patient access and movement throughout obstetrical care.
