• Explain and secure hospital and patient forms (Advance Directives, health info consents).
• Enter data in scheduling system and provide appointment instructions.
• Educate patients about financial liabilities and collect payments as appropriate.
• Verify insurance and obtain authorizations for services; coordinate post-discharge care if needed.
