Position Overview

As a Sales Associate, you play a critical role in ensuring our customers have a rewarding experience that enhances their sports performance. You will demonstrate excellent customer service, meet sales and customer service goals, provide product knowledge, and work collaboratively to meet team and store objectives.

Major Duties and Responsibilities

• Consistently achieve sales goals and company objectives by cultivating existing customer relationships and developing new ones.
• Provide an exceptional customer experience through personalized service, attention to detail, and tailored solutions, leading to customer satisfaction.
• Contribute to a positive store environment by fostering strong, professional relationships with peers, management, opticians, and support staff.
• Maintain the store's appearance, ensuring displays and inventory are clean, attractive, and organized. Secure all company assets under your control.
• Promote an inclusive culture by treating customers and colleagues with respect.

Basic Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED
• At least 1 year of experience in retail or customer service
• Familiarity with point-of-sale systems, computers, calculators, and basic math skills
• Willingness to embrace new technology and adapt to change with high accuracy
• Strong sales skills with accountability for results and a desire to meet targets
• Excellent communication skills, both oral and written
• Self-motivated with the ability to multitask and adapt flexibly in a fast-paced environment
