GENERAL FUNCTION

As a Sales Associate, you are the key to ensuring our customers have a rewarding experience that enhances their sport performance. You will demonstrate excellent customer service skills, meet sales and service goals, provide product knowledge, and work as part of a team to meet objectives.

Major Duties And Responsibilities

• Consistently deliver sales targets and objectives by cultivating existing and new customer relationships.
• Provide an exceptional customer experience through personalized service and solutions.
• Contribute to a positive store environment, fostering professional relationships with colleagues and management.
• Maintain the store's appearance, keep displays and inventory organized, and secure assets.
• Promote an inclusive culture by treating customers and colleagues with respect.

Basic Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED
• 1+ years experience in retail or customer service
• Familiarity with point of sale systems, computers, calculators, and basic math skills
• Willingness to embrace new technology and adapt with high accuracy
• Ability to sell using effective sales skills and meet sales goals
• Strong oral and written communication skills
• Self-motivated with multitasking ability and flexibility in a dynamic environment
