GENERAL FUNCTION

As a Sales Associate, you are the most critical link in ensuring our customers have a rewarding experience that enhances their sports performance. You will demonstrate excellent customer service skills, meet sales and service goals, provide product knowledge, and work as part of a team to meet objectives.

MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Consistently deliver sales plans and company objectives by cultivating existing customer relationships and building new ones.
  • Provide an unsurpassed and memorable customer experience through making connections, attention to detail, and offering solutions that result in customer satisfaction.
  • Participate actively and contribute to a positive store environment, fostering strong, professional relationships with peers, management, opticians, and support staff.
  • Maintain the store's appearance, ensuring displays and inventory are clean, attractive, and organized. Secure all company assets under your control.
  • Foster an inclusive culture by treating customers and colleagues with respect.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • 1+ years of experience in retail or customer service
  • Familiarity with point of sale systems, computers, calculators, and basic math skills
  • Embrace new technology and adapt to change with high accuracy
  • Ability to sell using sales skills and accountability for results, with a desire to meet goals
  • Strong communication skills, both oral and written
  • Self-motivated with the ability to multitask and respond flexibly in a fast-changing environment
