Job summary

California Nurses Association (CNA)/National Nurses Organizing Committee (NNOC)/National Nurses United (NNU) seeks an experienced Property Manager to oversee CNA’s Class A office building in Oakland. You will coordinate operations, tenant relations, and vendor management while partnering with ownership to ensure safety, efficiency, and tenant satisfaction.

This onsite role requires strong budgeting, project coordination, and leadership to drive capital improvements and maintain high service

Qualifications

Minimum of seven years of experience in commercial property management.
Experience managing building operations, tenant relations, vendors, contractors, and capital improvement projects.
Working knowledge of building systems, life-safety requirements, lease administration, and applicable building regulations.
Experience with operating budgets, financial reporting, invoice approvals, and expense management.
Experience coordinating with commercial leasing brokers, architects, engineers, and construction contractors.

Responsibilities

Building Operations and Engineering Coordination: conduct regular property inspections and coordinate maintenance with Engineering.
Tenant Relations and Lease Coordination: manage inquiries, renewals, expansions, tours, move-ins/outs.
Vendor and Contract Management: solicit Proposals, oversee service agreements, monitor performance.
Capital Projects and Improvements: coordinate projects, improvements, track costs, collaborate with ownership and contractors.
Budget and Financial Management: prepare annual operating budget, review reports, manage billing with Accounting.
