Job summary

Emery Jensen Distribution in Hawaii is seeking a Retail Field Sales Specialist to drive sales through effective merchandising, stocking, and order execution. You will manage planograms, resets, and pricing, while supporting buyers and store teams across Oahu, including Honolulu, Pearl City, and Mililani.

The role requires strong communication, attention to detail, and the ability to travel up to 80% and stay in stores to optimize sales. A valid driver’s license and local residence are required.

Responsibilities

• Merchandise planograms to drive inventory turns and sales.
• Maintain strong relationships with store personnel to convey value.
• Walk the floor, inspect sets, stock product as needed.
• Execute store resets to maximize sales and turns.
• Create space on planograms and place new products for incremental sales.
• Assist buyers and store staff to drive retail sales and turns.
• Ensure orders are accurate and transferred to selling space promptly.
• Document issues and provide feedback on shipping and product trends.
