Pleasant Holidays is seeking enthusiastic Concierge Sales Agents to act as Ambassadors of Aloha on Oahu. You’ll assist guests at hotel desks, helping plan and book tours island‑wide while earning $20/hour plus uncapped commissions. On‑island residency is required, with weekend availability and training at multiple hotel desks.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of sales and/or customer service experience.
• Background in tourism, hospitality, or travel is highly preferred.
• Passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences.
• Knowledge of the Hawaiian Islands or willingness to learn.
• Fluency in English; Japanese language preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist guests at hotel concierge desks to plan and book tours and activities.
• Provide personalized recommendations based on guest needs.
• Work at hotel locations on Oahu, with weekend availability.
• Drive bookings and guest satisfaction through friendly, proactive service.
