Hawaii Tours is hiring three full-time concierge positions at luxury Waikiki resort desks. You will welcome guests, book tours, arrange transportation and create day-by-day plans to ensure memorable stays.

This role offers uncapped commission or hourly pay plus tips, comprehensive sales training, and opportunities to advance to senior desk or leadership roles, with a friendly aloha culture. Weekend and holiday shifts required; strong guest service skills and a polished appearance preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• 2+ years in customer service.
• Strong verbal communication and guest relations.
• Sales-driven with commission earnings mindset.
• Polished, reliable and punctual.
• Willingness to learn and adapt in a luxury resort setting.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests at resort concierge desks with a consultative approach.
• Learn guest interests and recommend tours and experiences.
• Promote and sell in-house tours and partner activities.
• Book outside activities and arrange transportation.
• Create day-by-day itineraries and provide local info.
• Maintain accurate booking records and follow up on requests.
• Uphold a polished presence reflecting partner resorts.
