Philip Morris International U.S. is seeking a Manager of Order to Cash Deployment in Tampa, FL, a hybrid role. You will drive standardization, ERP deployments, and future-state O2C capabilities, collaborating with Finance, IT, and Commercial teams to deliver improvements.

You will lead design, requirements, testing, and governance efforts while coordinating cross-functional workshops and managing risks and milestones in a global environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Supply Chain, Information Systems, or related field.
• Strong end-to-end O2C knowledge including Credit, Billing, Collections, Cash Application, AR.
• Experience with ERP implementations, migrations, or transformation projects; SAP S/4HANA preferred.
• Proven ability to gather requirements, lead stakeholders, and drive cross-functional initiatives.
• Excellent project management, communication, and problem-solving skills.

• Serve as O2C SME for process design, requirements, testing, and deployment.
• Lead business process documentation, UAT, and change management activities.
• Drive standardization, process improvements, and governance initiatives.
