Job summary

PMI U.S. is seeking a Solution Architect (SAP S/4HANA) in Tampa, FL to design and govern end-to-end O2C and omnichannel commerce solutions. You will translate business needs into scalable architectures, lead cross-functional teams, and drive integrations across SAP and non-SAP platforms, including SAP BTP and CAR.

You have 8+ years in SAP solution architecture, 5+ years in O2C/commercial domains, and a track record of large SAP transformations in complex environments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT, CS, engineering, business information systems or related field.
• 8+ years in SAP solution architecture or digital commerce design.
• 5+ years designing Order-to-Cash and customer-facing commerce in B2C/D2C.
• Proven leadership of large SAP transformations and omnichannel initiatives.
• Experience in integrated enterprise environments with multiple platforms.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end O2C design across B2C processes with scalable, reliable solutions.
• Develop architecture designs, interfaces, and roadmaps for O2C and commerce platforms.
• Translate requirements into architectures using SAP S/4HANA, CAR, and related ecosystems.
• Design and govern integrations across SAP and non-SAP platforms and partners.
• Drive architecture decisions for O2C capabilities including pricing, tax, fulfillment, and integration.
• Define patterns and approaches using APIs, EDA, SAP BTP, and Integration Suite.
• Identify risks, tech debt, and security concerns with mitigation plans.
• Provide technical leadership during project delivery and stay current with trends.
