Job summary

Rich Products Corporation is seeking an experienced Sr Manager, IT Applications - Order to Cash to lead the SAP S/4HANA architecture and delivery, enabling efficient order‑to‑cash processes and supporting global growth. You will guide design, ensure seamless integration across core commercial and supply chain systems, and manage cross‑functional teams.

This hands-on role requires strong leadership, extensive SAP experience, and the ability to coordinate with Finance, Supply Chain, and R&D

Qualifications

• Minimum of 10 years of experience working with SAP and integrated applications.
• 7+ years’ experience with customization and configuration of SAP SD (Sales and Distribution) / SAP Customer Service modules.
• Minimum of two end-to-end SAP S/4HANA implementation experiences.
• Demonstrable experience designing and implementing complex integrated processes with SAP-connected applications.
• Knowledge of commercial management processes (trade management, rebates, payment allocations, eCommerce) advantageous.
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills; excellent communication.
• Ability to travel up to 25% globally, on an as-required basis.

Responsibilities

• Lead/Design functional design, cross-module integration, prototyping, and guide business usage of SAP capabilities.
• Oversee lifecycle support and partner management of assigned applications and technologies.
• Develop functional and integration specifications.
• Develop system-related processes and autonomous agentic solutions.
• Manage and guide small cross-functional teams of technical and process specialists and vendors.
• Collaborate with Finance, Supply Chain, R&D and other Digital service lines to capture requirements.
• Ensure SAP best-practice adherence and validate deviations; support testing cycles and cutover activities.
