Philip Morris International U.S. in Tampa, FL, seeks a Senior Solution Architect for Dynamics 365 F&O and Supply Chain to shape architecture across demand, design and delivery.

You’ll define standards, guide developers, and ensure robust, scalable solutions with strong governance and performance focus. The role emphasizes collaboration with IT, business stakeholders, and vendor partners to deliver results and maintain evolving architectural practices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent experience.
• 10 years of professional experience, including 5 years in a Solution Architect or similar role within Microsoft Dynamics ecosystems.
• Deep expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365, with a focus on Finance & Operations (F&O) and Supply Chain Management.
• Demonstrated ownership and accountability for delivering results.
• Highly collaborative, with the ability to work effectively across IT, business stakeholders, and external vendors.
• Strong organizational skills with experience planning and coordinating the work of others, leveraging modern IT delivery practices.
• Legally authorized to work in the U.S.

Responsabilités

• Estimate, create and implement robust, performance optimized, scalable architectures and designs.
• Define, maintain and evolve architectural standards and guidelines.
• Ensure that architectures, functional designs and non-functional designs are appropriately documented.
• Provide guidance to developers and users.
• Perform or lead fit/gap analyses between requirements and best practices.
• Maintain solutions and support users per service levels.
• Continuously acquire the skills required for services and components within the scope of responsibilities.
• Manage projects and activities including define and execute project/activity scope, time plan and budget.
• Ensure development of well designed, robust, performance optimized, commented, testable and efficient coding and configuration of solutions to meet functional, non-functional as well as technical design specifications, includes testing.
