Job summary

Genserve is seeking an Accounts Receivable / Order-to-Cash Analyst in Tampa to own end-to-end billing and collections for a national portfolio. You will invoice across units, coordinate with customer AP, manage portals, and drive process improvements across Sage, NetSuite, and QuickBooks while partnering with sales, service, and branches nationwide.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of accounts receivable, billing, or collections experience.
• Hands-on experience with at least one major ERP and proficiency in Excel.
• Experience working with customer AP portals and invoice disputes.
• Strong written and verbal communication; ability to collaborate across locations.

Responsibilities

• Generate timely, accurate customer invoices across multiple units and types.
• Process billing in Sage, NetSuite, and QuickBooks and ensure proper mapping.
• Serve as primary contact for customer AP groups and resolve payment issues.
• Own collections for a national portfolio and monitor cash application.
• Lead O2C process-improvement projects spanning branches and systems.
• Develop metrics and dashboards to surface backlog and progress.
