Job summary

MCM Technology is seeking a Staff Accountant + O2C Conversion Specialist to own the accuracy of the quote-to-cash cycle, from won quote to collected cash. This role drives invoice accuracy, cash application, and AR aging, ensuring seamless transition from QuickBooks Online to NetSuite.

You will work on SaaS, maintenance, and professional services revenue for government and public safety customers, with daily invoicing, cash receipts, and collaboration with Sales and Success teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field required.
• 3–5 years accounting experience with billing, AR, cash application.
• Experience with SaaS or subscription billing (recurring invoices, renewals, co-terms, credit memos).
• Hands-on with ERP and CRM systems (NetSuite, Salesforce, etc.).
• Strong Excel skills and ability to reconcile data; familiarity with AI tools for efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Review won quotes against customer PO (account, product, quantity, price, terms, billing).
• Resolve mismatches between quote, PO, and contract before invoicing.
• Map and convert customers, items, billing schedules from QuickBooks Online to NetSuite.
• Support daily invoicing, cash receipts, and AR aging management.
• Assist month-end close, revenue recognition, and AR reporting.
