Qualifications

• 2-5 years of hands-on NetSuite administration or business systems analyst experience.
• Demonstrated expertise with NetSuite O2C modules: Advanced Revenue, Billing, SuiteBilling, and Dunning.
• Proficiency in NetSuite SuiteFlow, saved searches, custom records, Suite Analytics and reporting.
• Experience managing or contributing to system integrations (Celigo, or Boomi preferred).
• Strong communication skills; ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Configure, enhance, and support NetSuite functionality across the Order-to-Cash process, including customer setup, order management, billing, collections, and revenue-related workflows.
• Design, build, and maintain NetSuite configurations such as custom fields, forms, records, roles, permissions, workflows, and page layouts.
• Develop and support automation using SuiteFlow and SuiteScript to improve efficiency.
• Optimize NetSuite modules relevant to O2C, including SuiteBilling, Dunning, and Advanced Revenue Management.
• Identify system gaps and data quality issues, implementing scalable improvements.
• Support month-end and year-end close activities.
• Provide technical support for NetSuite issues related to O2C workflows, configurations, scripts, integrations, and data.
• Build and maintain saved searches, dashboards, and reports for visibility and decision-making.
• Document integration specifications, field mappings, and dependencies.
