Job summary

Flexera is seeking a NetSuite Business Systems Analyst – Order to Cash (O2C). This techno-functional role focuses on configuring, developing, and optimizing NetSuite O2C processes, with responsibility for workflows, integrations, reporting, and platform improvements.

The ideal candidate brings hands-on NetSuite administration experience, tuning automation to improve scalability, data quality, and operational effectiveness across the O2C cycle.

Qualifications

• 2-5 years hands-on NetSuite administration or business systems analyst experience.
• Experience with NetSuite O2C modules: Advanced Revenue, Billing, SuiteBilling, and Dunning.
• Proficiency with NetSuite SuiteFlow, saved searches, custom records, suite analytics and reporting.
• Experience with system integrations (Celigo or Boomi preferred).

Responsibilities

• Configure, optimize, and support NetSuite O2C workflows and billing.
• Design, build, and maintain NetSuite configurations such as custom fields, forms, records, roles, permissions, workflows, and page layouts.
• Develop automation using SuiteFlow and SuiteScript to improve process efficiency.
• Optimize NetSuite modules and capabilities relevant to O2C, including SuiteBilling, Dunning, and Advanced Revenue Management.
• Identify system gaps, process bottlenecks, control weaknesses, and data quality issues, and implement scalable improvements.
