Job summary

Parsec Automation, LLC in Anaheim, CA is seeking a Staff Accountant to join our fast-growing finance team. This role focuses on owning the order-to-cash cycle, including order entry, billing, and collections, while supporting the month-end close with journal entries and reconciliations.

The ideal candidate has 1–3 years of accounting experience, a bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance, and familiarity with GAAP. CPA or CPA candidate is a plus, and knowledge of NetSuite or Ramp is beneficial.

Qualifications

• Experience in a technology, software, or rapidly growing company preferred.
• CPA or CPA candidate preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own order-to-cash processes: billing, invoicing, collections.
• Support month-end close: journal entries, reconciliations.
• Assist audits and internal controls under GAAP.
• Prepare financial statements and variance analyses.
