Point Designs, a Hanger company, is seeking an Order Processing & Sales Operations Coordinator to join our team and help fabricate orthotics and prosthetic devices. You will work closely with clinicians and patients to adjust and repair devices in a workshop setting away from the exam room.

The ideal candidate has experience with hand tools and fabrication, can manage ordering, receiving, and inventory, and can communicate effectively with team members to ensure quality patient care and timely

Formación

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Technical training school or 2 years experience preferred.
• A valid driver’s license and driving record within the standards outlined within Hanger’s Motor Vehicle Safety Policy and Procedures.

Responsabilidades

• Use appropriate hand tools to perform fabrication and repair of orthotic and/or prosthetic devices.
• Perform ordering and receiving and other inventory tasks as assigned.
• May fit and deliver prefabricated and off-the-shelf orthoses such as cervical orthoses, pressure gradient hose, and trusses.
• Provide education to patients on the application, use, care, and expected outcome for DME products as indicated by the physician instructions and manufacturer recommendations
• Contact vendors to order orthotic fabrication materials and maintain inventory of items used during fabrication process.
