Job summary

Hanger, Inc. seeks an Associate Fabricator to fabricate orthotic and prosthetic devices with focus on fit, function, cosmetics and workmanship. On-the-job training and formal O&P training will be provided, with supervision as you develop skills.

Key duties include maintaining tools and materials, following device work instructions, and contributing to a clean, safe work environment while adhering to company quality standards and safety regulations.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• Experience in O&P environments is preferred for those without a diploma/GED (1 year).

Responsibilities

• Fabricate orthotic and/or prosthetic devices per company quality and quantity standards.
• Assist with inventory tasks such as ordering and receiving.
• Maintain 5S to ensure a safe, clean and orderly work environment.
• Adhere to OSHA and safety regulations.
• Comply with HIPAA and other regulatory training issued by Hanger, Inc.
